The OCC knives (formerly called Shipley Knives) have been one of our best selling knives and they have just been re-introduced to the market. This new generation of knives are made from O1 tool steel and go through a unique tempering process. All the blades have a flatter grind which delivers a nice, easy cut! The handles are made from native Missouri Walnut. The Large Roughing Knife has a 2 1/4" blade.  All knives are made by Mike Shipley.
