Goodman Knives

Goodman carving knives are made out of 1095 high carbon steel and hardened to 59/60 on the RC scale. These blades are thin and slightly flexible, yet they are durable and incredibly sharp. The curly maple handles are comfortable for most hands and have a non slippery finish.
