Not all green sharpening compounds are the same. Zam is an ultra-fine sharpening compound that has been used and loved by many carvers for years. It works great to put on that final edge and maintain carving knives, gouges, and v-tools.
The "peel away" cylinder is easy to use allowing you to expose just as much as you need. This packaging design eliminates messes. 1/4 lbs of Zam is included which will last most carvers for a long time.
Zam is quite hard and is best suited for buffing wheels and other power sharpeners.
