The Carve-a-pen Kit is an excellent project for club functions, craft show items or carving classes. The pens can be designed to meet the experience level of the carver and they make wonderful gifts. The kit includes a predrilled basswood blank, six patterns and a ballpoint pen insert.

    The picture doesn't look like the kit i got. my was skinnier. However I was satified with the kpen kit. it is hare to drill holes into wood without a good drill press. I did make the pen and it was good.
